successes of its partners to improve the health of Chicago residents and

To rally and unite organizations and citizens to create a culture of healthy living in major social environments across our community.
BHC's vision is a future where Chicago is the healthiest place to live in America.
Goals:
1. Increase lasting healthy behaviors, with emphasis on nutrition and physical activity.
2. Decrease prevalence of lifestyle diseases such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
3. Reduce health disparities that can be impacted by healthy lifestyle behaviors.
Strategies:
-Champion innovations and develop programs that are effective, scalable and sustainable.
-Serve as a catalyst, partnering with other organizations to achieve mutual goals.
-Empower sustainable healthy living through outcome-based initiatives that impact people in their social environments.
