2. How does the mission of your organization fit with that of Food Day? *

(Food Day is a nationwide movement toward more healthy, affordable, and sustainable food. Food Day initiatives aim to bring us closer to a food system with “real food” that is produced with care for the environment, animals, and the women and men who grow, harvest, and serve it.)

3. To align with the national theme of “Toward a Greener Diet” Chicago Food Day will create a “Farm to Table” Experience throughout all of its community wide events. We are seeking an engaging experience from each of our participants. Briefly describe the activity or experience that you will create or demonstrate to bring this concept to life. *

7. Exhibitor space may not exceed a 10x10 space. Tents must be white and logos must not be on the exterior of the tent. However, they are permitted within the tent and back walls. Will your company or organization be providing their own 10x10 white canopy tent? *
