GCRC educates the public about sustainable seafood, environmentally preferable and humane food, food labeling, and third party certifications attributed to common products and services. GCRC also educates the public by providing an online list of Guaranteed Green foodservice businesses that have attained third-party certification in environmentally sustainable foodservice operations.
