Real Food at NU is a student-led campaign at Northwestern University looking to shift the university's food system to one that is more socially just and environmentally sustainable. We aim at getting NU to pledge to shift 20% of its food purchases to real food (as opposed to industrial food) -- food that is good for the earth it grows in, the farmers who grow it, the workers who process and sell it, the communities through which it passes, and the consumers who ultimately eat it. |
