To make this after-school program happen, PGP has launched a fundraising campaign to cover expenses required to host the program in their kitchen space. They're past the halfway mark, but have just 7 days to raise $1,600. This is your chance to help kids learn how to eat better. It won’t take much if we all pitch in. Here's the link, please share and donate if you can! https://www.ioby.org/project/peterson-garden-project-kids-kitchen

Restaurants, want to support Chicago Food Day? Just feature a Chicago Food Day item on your menus!9/10/2015 Showcase your best dish that’s helping Chicago become one of the healthiest cities in America! In return, we’ll promote your restaurant and your feature menu item on our website and in our communications to Chicagoans. Here's how it works: You sign on as a Hidden Harvest sponsor for just $200 and give us 5 gift certificates to your restaurant at a minimum value of $25. We will hide your certificates, provide clues and guide the treasure hunters to a successful end. We’ll promote your participation in the Hidden Harvest by posting your logo with a link to your website on the Chicago Food Day website. We’ll also include your restaurant name in program communications before, during and after the activity. |
